Arousing Black Tea

Tea has always fascinated me, especially the Black Tea. An insight into what actually must be fascinating in it, I'm wordless to describe! But there are several reasons that still keep me attached and attracted to this tea; maybe the color it shows upon boiling to a certain level, the aroma and vapor it produces when poured to a mug or a tea glass, the sweetness it contributes when sugar and tea leaves are mixed, or the fresh taste that fills the tongue and taste buds after I've drawn the cup away from my lips after the first sip!

Having it during a cold weather like what it is now, in December, I felt the need to write a post on what I've liked to sip very often than any other drink. The Sulaimani, as I call it most times, is what it is referred to in the Malabari region of Kerala. Adding a bit of spice to it with cardamom (elachi), its called Elachi Tea and when added with crushed pepper it becomes Pepper Tea. Then comes my favorite Lemon Tea, which has juice drops from fresh lemon added to the black tea. Now look at what I got!!
